Travel on by trolley to Atlantic County's popular Estell Manor Park, which is comprised of over 1700 acres. This park has served many uses over the centuries: once home for Native Americans, once grounds for a glass factory and more. But, is now become the home to an incredible variety of plants and animals. There are wonderful environmental displays and live animal displays here.
The park offers excellent opportunities for birdwatching, wildlife watching, plant identifying, ecosystem studying, and just plain enjoying.
As you picnic with a boxed lunch, a Park Naturalist will provide a talk about Estell Manor Park.
